ProjectBooster is an entirely new way to develop competencies while engaging leaders, project leaders and project participants. It combines action learning with new knowledge, where the participants need to handle sudden challenges in parallel with the execution of a comprehensive project. ProjectBooster challenges the participants on both management and leadership competencies, adds new competencies and allows time for thought during the process, in order to synchronize and establish a common understanding and vocabulary. Real case scenario – ‘On-the-job-training’

ProjectBooster is based on training methodologies from the defence. Here, the focus to rests on a connecting the brain with the hands, because high impact learning only happens, when knowledge is being trained and practiced in known environments.
During the ProjectBooster, a comprehensive practical exercise is being carried out, where a project is being simulated with known structures and project tools, that the participants to some degree are familiar with.
The simulation is carefully tailored towards the organization, so that it entails elements from respectively the culture, structures and general prerequisites of the organization.
